I met Tim Sampson at Biola University, and aside from being a great friend, he was a great musician as well. He was one of those guys who could pick up just about any thing and make music with it. His main instrument, though, was guitar. He was a great player then and he has just gotten better with age.

These songs are from an album he did for his parents called 'Acoustic Hymns'. Not only has his playing improved, his voice sounds great as well. I enjoyed listening to Tim's take on these great hymns. 'This World Is Not My Home' brought  memories back of listening to Tim jam back in the dorm days. It's nice to know you can still rock, Tim. As Neil would state, "Keep on rocking in the free world".
